Welcome to Worknest. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Worknest platform, website, and related services. By creating an account or using Worknest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Worknest

Worknest is a productivity and project management platform designed to help individuals and teams organize projects, manage tasks, collaborate, and track their work. These Terms apply to all users who access or use Worknest, including users of our free and paid plans.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your Worknest account. You are also responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure.
Maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
All activity that occurs through your account.
Not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Using Worknest

You agree to use Worknest only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use Worknest for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.

4. Your Content

5. Plans & Subscriptions

Worknest may offer Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the pricing and billing period selected when you subscribe. Prices may change from time to time. If we change the price of an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

6. Billing & Payments

For paid plans, you authorize Worknest or our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee according to your selected billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are charged for the full annual period at the time of purchase. If a payment fails, we may restrict access to paid features until the outstanding payment is resolved.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. After cancellation, your paid features will generally remain available until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated. Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable for partially used billing periods.

8. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, the duration and conditions of the trial will be displayed when you sign up. At the end of the trial period, your account may automatically move to a paid plan if you have provided payment information and agreed to the applicable subscription. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

9. Intellectual Property

Worknest and its associated branding, software, designs, features, content, and technology are owned by or licensed to Worknest and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.These Terms do not give you ownership of the Worknest platform or its intellectual property.You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Worknest without our written permission.
